Harassment of any form will not be tolerated at any AIXR events.

2. Ticket Sales and Transfers

Tickets may not be sold or transferred without the written consent of XR Awards.

3. Use of Media

XR Awards may use photographs, audio, or visual recordings taken at the event for various purposes in all media and mediums, without compensation to you.

4. Accuracy of Information

All information provided when purchasing a ticket or submitting a nomination must be correct and accurate to the best of your knowledge. All information must be in English.

5. Communication

By purchasing a ticket or submitting a nomination, you agree to allow XR Awards to contact you regarding your registration and attendance via email or phone with event-related information.

6. Risks and Precautions

You understand that there are inherent risks, including personal injury, death, sickness, and property damage, associated with the use of virtual reality products.

While XR Awards strives to create a safe environment, accidents may occur. You are responsible for considering the inherent risks in any activities you choose to participate in and taking reasonable precautions.

7. Admission and Termination

XR Awards reserves the right to refuse admittance or terminate your attendance at any time, at its sole discretion, if you fail to adhere to these terms or for any other reason, without notice or liability.

8. Representation

You agree not to represent yourself as an employee or representative of XR Awards.
